✅ Returns
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request a return or exchange within 3Â days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice).

The return request must be made within 3Â days of receiving your order.
Once your return is approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned or exchanged, such as:

Opened or used hot/cold therapy packs, massagers, or personal care items

Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

💰 Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item:

If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 – 5 DAYS Â business days.

Refunds are issued through the original payment method.

For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are provided via bank transfer or store credit.
🚚 Return Shipping
If the error was ours (wrong or defective item), we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
If the customer changes their mind or orders by mistake, return shipping will be paid by the customer.
